Bought a bag in less than a month the zipper broke on two compartments, had the zippers fixed and 2 weeks letter the strap fell off and customer service will not answer ...so dispointed!!!

Received the bag on 2/3/2024 and started using immediately. On 4/3/2024, both straps broke. I contacted customer service on 4/3/2024 by email per their instruction and have still not received a response even though the auto reply email states they will respond within one business day. Very disappointing!
