What is your guarantee, warranty & returns policy?
At Karate Combat Store, we have a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you are welcome to make a return within 30 days of delivery.
The item that is to return must have all its labels still attached and be in original condition. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn or damaged merchandise for a refund. Any item returned that does not meet the previous criteria, will not be eligible. If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, it will be returned back to you at your expense.

What is your shipping policy?
United States
Your items will ship within 24 hours of placing an order on business days from our third-party fulfillment center in Pennsylvania. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.*
We are currently offering the following shipping methods:*
Economy (3-8 days) Standard (2-5 days) Express (1-2 days)
FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders over US$50.00.
After placing an order you will receive email updates on the status of your order.
Your courier will be selected by our third-party fulfillment service provider based on the best option available at USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
International
Your items will ship within 24 hours of placing an order on business days from our third-party fulfillment center in Pennsylvania. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.*

International Economy (14-30 days) International Standard (6-10 days)
FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders over US$100.00.
After placing an order you will receive email updates on the status of your order.
Your courier will be DHL.
*Holiday periods – such as December – may be subject to delay on picking and packing as well as shipping due to high volume of orders.
