At Karate Combat Store, we have a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you are welcome to make a return within 30 days of delivery.
Note: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our customer service team at email@example.com immediately but no more than 7 days after the delivered date if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The item that is to return must have all its labels still attached and be in original condition. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn or damaged merchandise for a refund. Any item returned that does not meet the previous criteria, will not be eligible. If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, it will be returned back to you at your expense.
The shipping and other fees associated with the return must be taken care of by the customer. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Note: If you are returning manufacturer defective or wrong item shipped, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use our pre-paid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we will not be responsible for the shipping cost.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how and where to send your package. If your return is accepted, please click on the link below and fill out the form. Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and it will be returned back to you at your expense!
You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been received and inspected. If qualifying, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded. In the case of "free shipping", an amount between $6.00 and $18.00 will be deducted from the refund, based on the location of the shipping address given.
Item purchased by gift card or on sale or during promotions can only be refunded to store credit.
Note: A refusal of delivery from the client will automatically generate a return and refund. But the return shipping cost will be deducted and withhold a 20% restocking fee.
